How to maintain Inverter / UPS and report faults to solve complaints ?

Power Inverter NOVA / UPS NOVA requires periodic maintainance in certain cases. However if the Battery is serviced under A.M.C. [Annual Maintenance Contract] where regular Battery maintenance is done resulting in reduced number of complaints to hardly 10%.

However if there is complaint or fault is Power Inverter / UPS then you can follow following procedure:

  • Call our Complaint department on [0251] 2207095 to talk to our Customer Care Executive between 10 am to 6.30 pm [except Thursday]. Your complaint will be registered and you will get complaint number and information regarding when the Technician will visit your place.

Normally, your complaints are attended within 24 hours, barring unforseen events. If you are unsatisfied by the way your complaint is solved, you can contact us and please do not forget to quote your Complaint number.

  Yes, the Battery requires maintenance like putting distilled water in the battery cells, cleaning the carbon deposits on the Battery terminals & poles, applying of petroleum jelly, checking specific gravity every two months, etc. All these activities are done, to keep the Battery in good running condition. 

We gladly render the Battery maintenance service to our Customers. 85% of our Customers are enjoying our services since Installations. The cost of the Servicing is as follows: 

We follow the AMC method i.e. Annual Maintenance Contract. We offer a complementary service for the first year after the installation, and the customers are encouraged to prefer the AMC .

Annual Maintenance Contract for Battery is = Rs.400/- (Rs. Four Hundred Only) (each) + the Service Tax as applicable. [Customers from :-Kalyan, Dombivli, Ambernath, Ulhasnager, Badlapur, Titwala.]

The Cash Memo is also given to the Customer against the AMC.

For Customer's convenience we circle on the Service Card to the following month AMC is paid. (So that the Customer can remember the previous AMC month)
